Special Note
A little electrical trick in the wiring for this circuit to be able to use only a double pole relay when three contacts are needed is as follows:

Feed L1 power to the common terminal of a set of contacts on the relay. Run from the no to the green light and from the nc to the red light. Neat, eh? And it works.
